Learning Science can be challenging for students as teachers use technical-terms (Scientific language) in class especially Chemistry. For my style of teaching, I will use simple words to teach the student. This way, they would be able to understand the Science concept easier instead of memorizing. Once they are able to understand the concept, it would be easy for the students to answer in their exams

I graduated from UNIMAS for Electronic Engineering background and is a working engineer. Currently Im having a home tutor for one UPSR student this year. My style of teaching is by heart-to-heart. I don't have special techniques but what important is student's exposure to the different types of questions and how to answer it excellently.

Keep on doing exercise! Practise makes perfect. Students will be given exercise book depending on their preferred subjects and we will go through each of the question one by one. I will provide some extra notes that is important for the students to go through again. I will give some homework sometimes when I feel that it is very crucial for them to do and some mini examination to prepare students for their examination in the future.

I prefer face-to-face so I can communicate directly with the students, though online lessons are acceptable as well. For lessons, I focus more on what the students are weak at so I can find ways to improve their understanding on the matter. However, I also shape my lesson modules based on their strengths as well to cement their understanding in the material. To make sure students understand what I taught them, I would provide them simple exercises for them to complete and I will check during the next class. There are instances where I would ask the students to explain to me what they know about the lesson.
