I am very passionate and commited in teaching. I have more than 6 years experience in the education line. I was a Science teacher in a very well known International School in Kajang, Selangor, years of teaching experience in tuition centre and as a home tutor.

I am using unique style of teaching that promotes positive learning according to the need of my students. Apart from teaching experiences, I have also several years of  experimental works that I believe is very helpful in the learning process of your child. 

 

Tutoring Approach

My primary aim is to promote effective learning process by focusing on each of my student strength, weekness and also help students to understand the lesson well, get students to have a positive learning attitudes. 

By promoting unique, fun learning style of teaching can further improve students grade not only that helps in their understanding process and promote positive learning. I will provide supplementary notes and exercises for each topic of lessons.

Students will have to file all their notes and exercises given specifically and neatly.  During the lessons, I will provide explanation in details and simplified difficult topics to ease their learning. Students are encouraged to participate in discussion particularly in inquiry based learning. 

At the end of every topics, students will be given a self assesment test as a reflection of their learning. In that way, as a tutor I can analyze their weekeness and further help them in the area of their weekness. 

Parents shall be notified by a write up of student's tuition record so that the parents able to understand their child's performance every 2 weeks of lessons or by the end of each topic covered.

I have been teaching since 18 years old. Experienced teaching students of good and slightly slower learning ability. include fun facts in my teaching to make learning more enjoyable. Focus in applying knowledge learned in real life situation so that students not only excel in exams but in practical application too. Obtained my degree in Materials Engineering from UniMAP and recipient of Tunku Scholarship.

Simple male with a passion for teaching. Had giving tuition since 2007 until now. The tutoring approach is directly dealing with student weakness with challenging questions to increase understanding. Fees, RM60/hour (SPM or O-Level) or RM80/hr (STPM or A-level), and anytime that is relevant for student. The area to cover is in Kuching Sarawak because staying in the Tabuan area.

First of all, I am passionate in teaching and providing knowledge taught outside of school, but learning from textbooks and doing exercises are important to excel in school exams. Thus, I am well prepared to teach subjects that I have chosen and confident in giving my best. I have scored straight As in UPSR (2010), PMR (2013) and SPM (2015). I was in top class in my secondary school which is SMK Green Road and I understand how important education is to secure a future in today's time.

Tutoring Approach

Firstly, time management is important for a student to excel in their studies, for example, studying for 3-4 hours a day helps in absorbing the knowledge that is taught in school, thus I emphasize on the hours you put in to study on a daily basis. By doing that, buying exercise books published from bookstores certainly will help improve your grades, thus I will provide exercises that follows the syllabus and give some study tips on how you can improve your grades in school. Moreover, doing past year papers will also help you get good results, for example, biology papers from other states will expose more questions and this will help you tackle your exam much more easily.

I teach in an interactive way and use examples that are related to each individual to foster understanding. I'm currently Master Degree holder and a businessman. I have been involved in training in my previous jobs and understand what qualities a tutor/trainer is required to pass on the skills and knowledge.

I will always start by knowing the theme of the lessons before I start any tutoring. After that, I will plan my lessons with story or metaphor that can later bring the student to the theme. On top of it, I will need to know my student personality so I can plan my lesson in a way that is more suitable to them to gain their attention. To me, there is no one size fit all techniques, every individual is unique so my lesson plan with varies depends on the individual student.
