I will first go through the the basic knowledge, to get an idea on the student's current level. Then, I will focus on the chapters that the students weak at, explain the theories by examples and practices. Experience : I have taught mathematics part time to kids age 4 to 14 at Eye Level Tuition Centre from the age of 18 to 21. Since then, I have transitioned to giving private tutoring lessons to a few SPM students as well as college students. I have a bachelor's degree in actuarial studies from Sunway University and am now working full time at Public Bank. The way I teach my students is by giving them real-life examples of concepts and ideas which also could be useful to them in the future.

I plan my lessons based on the syllabus given by students and also focusing on areas that they need improvement in. My lessons can be said to be homemade and doesn't really follow a fixed structure. I like to go with the flow and crack a few jokes along the way and making the lesson feel less like a boring lecture and more of a conversation which brings insight and knowledge to students.

I started to like teaching after being a tutor for my brother and some of his friends after my SPM. I became very passionate about it. Even as a university student, I found time to teach. My style of teaching is very flexible and aims towards a better understanding of the subject and includes methods of answering questions effectively.

I plan my lesson before hand with key points and the easiest way to remember a certain concept or formula. My lessons focus on understanding a chapter then moving towards methods of answering questions based on that chapter. I make my students solve past year question papers after all the chapters are completed.
