I prefer one-to-one teaching method, as it is very effective because it enables me to identify and focus on the weaknesses of the students and work on it to improve their grades. Besides, I do focus on demonstration, explanation and recitation as teaching methods. In this situation, I would start by getting to know my tutor's personality. Secondly, how well they comprehend a subject. Their communication with the tutor comes in third.
