I use Richard Feynman's teach to 5 year old technique where I use analogies to help my students grasp the topics. As a trainer in the field of Neuroscience I always discover apply cutting edge learning principles to help my student take their learning to the next level. I plan my lesson in structured manner where I formulate the big picture and then break it down into smaller inputs for easier consumption. I add reinforcement and transfer formula to help my students remember them long term.

I have more than 10 years of working experience in the provision of administration and secretarial in private sectors. I am very interested in continuing my career in the world of lecturing or teaching even though I didn't have experience but with strong industrial background will support to teach students in more practical approach. I have strong interpersonal and communication skills because I have worked with various level of management during my career from lower to top management and good in stakeholder management since dealt with different people from different positions and departments. Through successfully managing both internal and external relationships, I have accelerated the achievement of goals and positioned myself as a valuable resource in a variety of situations.

Tutoring Approach

My interest in teaching is very organized and complete, I like to program my sessions effectively in order that the curriculum is protected without exception and with some fun to allow the students to correspond with the subject even far more. I have a strong knowledge in Business Management, Business Communication, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and Business Ethics subjects and like to keep up to date in my subject to allow my students to get the full potential of my experiences as they needed which adopt current working environment. Furthermore, I have knowledge in research and my dissertation is on “Ethics and Employees Role for Effective Corporate Governance in Malaysian Private Sectors”.
