It is very important to encounter my students strengths and weaknesses through tutoring as I can develop the potential lies within themselves. I would like to use time-to-time monitoring on my student's attitudes towards learning and interests so that I can tackle their weaknesses and develop it into strength.At the very beginning of the class I would like to do a pop quiz and at the end of the class short quiz or test will be held in order to know their level of knowledge regarding the topic.
