I typically structure each of my classes to include some amount of each teaching style. I use an appropriate mix of teaching styles to help students learn, grow, and become more independent. In essence, I will identify the students' strength and weakness first. Then, I will develop the students by providing the learning based on their strength and weakness. At the same time, my teaching approach will help to enhance their strength and also improve their weakness. I am open to any recommendations from students and parents for effective learning help. I help both struggling and gifted students reach their full potential by supplementing the instruction they receive in class and guiding them toward study practices and aides that can help them excel.
