I have completed a Master of Science in Molecular Biology, graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Penang. I previously worked as a Biology Lecturer at Putra International College and a tutor for Science/Biology subjects in Melaka for 5 years.

Besides teaching college students, I worked with students of all ages from STPM, SPM, PT3 & UPSR levels and the best part was working with them on a one-to-one basis. My 5 years of tutoring experience allows me to develop teaching skills as I am very passionate about helping students mainly with Science subjects. By tutoring students across a range of ages and capacities, I have honed my communication, creativity, and motivational skills. I find tutoring a rewarding experience especially the satisfaction observing their improvement. Seeing the joy in their eyes when they finally grasp their success is the ultimate reward that brought me to teaching in the first place.

Experience

I have quite sufficient experienced in teaching English for 3 Secondary Schools consecutively and have been given responsibilities to prepare their Mid-Year Examination papers, so, in a way, tips and the do's and do not's in answering examination papers is in my grips and knowledge.

In my lesson, I use question a lot because, through question, the concept of realization will appear. I also have sets of selected exercises for students to practice.

I have patience in teaching my students until they understand everything. I'll also use simple techniques for learning so students can easily grasp concepts and remain enthusiastic about gaining knowledge.

Tutoring Approach

Before starting learning, I will think of ways to make the knowledge presented easy for students to understand. I'll give full encouragement and will not make students feel that they have lost confidence in something they are learning.
