• For over 18 years, I have been Tutoring, Coaching and Mentoring students from Public Secondary Schools and Pre-Universities as well as those from CIE syllabus-based Private and International Schools.
• I teach subjects like Accounting, Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, English First Language and ICT.
• I prepare students for the PT3, SPM and STPM exams and/or the CIE IGCSE, O-Level, AS and A2 Level exam.

Tutoring Approach

• First, I would go through the basic concepts for the subject concerned
• Second, I would explain in details some worked examples step by step.
• Then, students are given graded exercises to assess their full grasp on the principles just taught. 
• They are encouraged to ask questions to clear any doubts they might have over the topic learned.
• Next, they attempt more challenging questions with minimal guidance for confidence building.
• I apply tailored-made teaching techniques according to each student’s learning capability.  
• They are inculcated the importance of good study habits; a passion for learning and gaining knowledge.

I have experiences of mentoring for about 4 months. Although I may be seem not experienced, but I will do my best in my tutoring. I am very patient and you guide my students step by step until they understand. I am taking bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance now. I got A in my A-level and A+ in my SPM for Accounting. I am very passionate in teaching, therefore I hope you can give me a chance to guide you in your studies.

Tutoring Approach

I will first clarify the syllabus of my student because there might have some changes in syllabus. Then, I will start the tutoring with questions if my student have fundamental knowledge of that subject. If he do not have, then I will teach him from the start. I will first communicate with my student and prepare first before the class starts. I will make sure my student really understand the knowledge before I proceed to the next step. I will give some tip and method to memorize some important knowledge.

I graduated with a Bachelors of Commerce in Melbourne, Australia. Then furthered my studies in the area of Accounting and Finance with the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Practice Accountant Australia. I teach part time on weekends only and have been teaching for 3 years+. My main areas of focus in teaching would be Accounting, Mathematics and English. I teach all ages from Standard 1-6 & Form 1-5.

Tutoring Approach

My teaching techniques would involve a two way learning for my students. I would get them exposed to learning how to speak and write fluently for English language classes. Good answering techniques for exams to score. I have the ability to teach them according to the current school syllabus, students are more than welcomes to share their school homework or other questions during the tuition session. Understanding the level of the student is the KEY to success and that is my focus.
