Following the syllabus, ensuring all the boxes are checked off would be the base of it all. Extra info, beneficial tips/hack methods would be taught as well, especially those which have been useful for myself. As soon as I am hired, during my first day, I will administer a test to my students just to see the level of understanding and where they currently stand in the subject. The result of the test will decide on how I approach that particular student. The syllabus that I will be covering will of course be in line with the school system at which my student is attending. A monthly test will also be conducted to determine whether my student is actually learning and improving throughout the year. One final test will be conducted several weeks before the final exams in school just to see whether they are ready for the examination. I realise there are a lot of tests in my teaching methods but that is just how it is. In life, we all have to go through a lot of tests and our preparation determines whether we pass with flying colours, scrape through, or fail. I will make sure my students pass with flying colours.
