I have 4 months experience in tutoring English, Science and Mathematics to primary school students who can only communicate in Bahasa. I also have 4 months experience in tutoring Biology and Calculus I to students in INTEC Education College, Shah Alam. I passed PMR and SPM with straight A's in SMK(P) Sri Aman, and I have a BSc in Cellular Molecular Biology with Honors from the University of Michigan. I will be continuing as a PhD student with a fellowship in Molecular Biology in January 2021.

Tutoring Approach

I often communicate with my students to identify their academic strengths and weaknesses, and I will prepare learning material before the lesson. I will assign additional questions, which I will mark, and then proceed to go through problems with the student personally. I am patient because often my students in the same session are at different levels of learning, and I enjoy making the tutoring sessions as relaxing but productive as possible. My strengths are Biology, followed by English and Chemistry.

I completed my O'Level and A'level under edexcel board. I have an experience of 5 years. I started teaching after completing my O'Level with a 7th standard student. Till now I taught many various types of students. So I can handle all type of student. I teach students with care and patience.

Mostly, I do the class homework with students and explain them the chapters in more details. Give them more practice work to do. After taking 2-3 classes, I take a test to examine the student whether the student understands the lessons or not.
