My teaching approach is depending on every student's needs and also guide students in working out solutions to exam questions. I usually won't provide students with answer directly, instead I will guide and encourage them to answer the questions and this helps them in understanding as well as remembering the contents better. My teaching philosophy has always been linking the study topics to everyday situations. When I am conducting a lecture, I would also constantly link my lectures to popular culture (e.g books and movies) so it would stimulate interest of the students rather than depending the brain to memorise the full details.
