I'm currently a BSc (Hons) Dietetics student. During my SPM break, I've worked as a preschool teacher. I've also worked as a primary school teacher and a tuition teacher. I've taught many primary students for the 5 basic subjects, i.e Chinese, English, Malay, Mathematics and Science. My tagline in this teaching line is: Be passionate, be kind and be determined. I hope the students would be influenced by me and be aspired to become successful, starting from today.

Tutoring Approach

I'm looking for enthusiastic learners aged between 15 to 25 individuals who would like to give it a try for online language tutoring. I would love to teach conversational Mandarin/English to all who are interested out there. If you're keen to learn the language from scratch, I teach everything from the basic. I strongly encourage 'give-and-receive' technique or a two-way feedback technique in my class, which means students are strongly encouraged to voice out their doubts whenever possible and not just be present to receive everything from me only. Teaching wise, I may try my best to meet all the requirements requested by the parents/students, as my objective is to understand the student's needs and prioritize the methods that suit them best.

Experience

I previously tutored in English subject for Form 5 high school students around Kuantan under the Free Tuition Project IIUM Kuantan. I am a passionate Pure Science student who loves to read English novels from my time in MRSM PDRM Kulim. Won the Best Student Award in 2016 during my Form 5 year and obtained outstanding results in my SPM. Biology is my muse, and hence I scored A+ for the subject. I continued my study in IIUM (UIAM) with consistent CGPAs for every semester.

Experience

I have been tutoring for primary and secondary students for the past 2 years. I'm a qualified teacher working in a primary school. I work mainly with struggling students. My happiness is when they pass in their examination.

Tutoring Approach

My lessons are based on the students' needs. I will be there for them until they can successfully grasp what Im teaching. I teach by using videos, worksheets and my own notes. I love using mnemonics to teach students. It helps them to memorise things easily.

I teach students from standard 1 till standard 6 Bahasa Malaysia, English. I provide students exercises based on what they have learned. I give good explanation to students on a topic. I can give explanation to students in their own language. I make the class a fun place to learn so that students will be excited and motivated to study.

Tutoring Approach

I provide students with lots of exercises in order for them to get used to the questions that they might ask during their examination. I conduct test as well to see how they have progressed.
