I believe everyone is unique in their own way even in study and learning process. Therefore, my teaching/tutoring approach will be student centered. I will first start with getting to know my students, particularly their study goals or reasons for taking my classes, their study background and habits so that I can afterward plan the lesson which specially cater for them. While I do believe a teacher/tutor does play an important role in making any learning and teaching process enjoyable, fun and effective, I do expect my students to also play their role along the way which include them having earnest willing to study and being proactive.
