For my lessons, I adopt the 'straightforward method', meaning I use Japanese to teach Japanese. My private lessons and online lessons' students were able to learn Japanese pronunciation and conversation skills effectively because they listen to (and try to speak) genuine accurate Japanese all the time. While I could translate or explain in Chinese or English, I insist that my students speak, listen, write, read in full Japanese. I go through 90% of the beginner level and 100% of the intermediate and advance level in Japanese. I use picture cards, flash cards, CDs or DVDs to aid my teaching so that I can break away from conventional textbook-based learning routine. She is a great teacher. I take Japanese lessons for 60 minutes once a week. I want to improve my pronunciation, speak Japanese more fluently and understand Japanese grammar more correctly. I've learned for two months and I can say my Japanese is much more better than before and most importantly she give me a correct guide for my grammar, pronunciation and understanding. The lesson arrangement are interesting and useful too! Last but not least, the teacher is very friendly and she explains the difficult sentence or words in simple Japanese. It is very important for me. I want to learn Japanese in Japanese!
Sato Sensei provides a very calm and safe environment to study. She is super kind and patient while teaching, which is awesome for me since I'm a slow learner.
We are a small group of 3. This is an effective way to learn as we have Sato Sanââ¬â¢s fullest attention. Classes are held at her own home and the lessons are one hour each. There is some flexibility for changing time slots as she understands that we cannot always make it for lessons due to other pressing matters. Generally, lessons have been good but we are still beginners and thereââ¬â¢s a long way to go before we can speak Japanese confidently. Sato San is a friendly but strict teacher. She speaks Mandarin too and is familiar with all things Malaysian.
Very patience, enthusiastic to educate us, use easy method for us and mastering Japanese language. Also he is a creative, friendly and understanding tutor I have ever seen.
