Planning ahead is something wise so I always plan my lessons early. I normally plan my lessons for the entire year as it brings up discipline to follow it. This can boost their interest in attending the learning sessions. Providing variety of exercises each session is important and I don't prefer giving my students much homework as it can make them tired doing their school homework. I prefer to hear feedback from my students after each session to improve myself and the betterment of my students.
