I strongly encourage 'give-and-receive' technique or a two-way feedback technique in my class, which means students are strongly encouraged to voice out their doubts whenever possible and not just be present to receive everything from me only. Teaching wise, I may try my best to meet all the requirements requested by the parents/students, as my objective is to understand the student's needs and prioritize the methods that suit them best.
