I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Social Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia. I conducted Fun English Language Camp at Lynn Edu Consultant, Penang. I became a volunteer under Teach for Malaysia at Sekolah Menengah Ayer Hitam, Penang. I coordinated and facilitated Youth Assembly, Democrat Workshops, and Penang Youth Forumsin Penang. In addition, I managed to assist Thailand Students Exchange for STEAM and cultural program with Penang Youth Development Corporation and Tech Dome, Penang.

Tutoring Approach

I prefer to use interactive learning approach with my students. I always come up with a lesson plan ahead of time before I start my class. I created my lesson plans based on students’ needs and lead meaningful discussions. I am able to assist students who are slow learners. I believe that building trusts and paying attention to students’ interests will help to meet students’ developmental, emotional and academic needs. Furthermore, I am also able to provide good tips to excel in examination.

I've been tutoring for 6 years (2013 until present) based in Ipoh. I can go to student's house and the students can also come to my Study Centre located at Gunung Rapat. I can teach core subjects starting from UPSR level until SPM level. I've also had been teaching special student for 2 years and 5 years.

For the first class, I will try to approach the students first, communicate with them and identify their specific needs in studying. Then, I will try to match the teaching techniques according to student's character.

I have 10 years of tutoring experience and am currently working as a Secondary School Teacher. I am a flexible teacher who can easily connect with children and understand their weaknesses.

Tutoring Approach

Notes will be given to students and assessments after two topics to assess students' understanding of the topics. Parents will be updated on students' progress every month. I will teach various shortcuts to find answers, but in a correct manner.
