I have experience as tutor in Johor Bahru right after graduate. My teaching style is keep it simple with my own formula for student to grasp and remember easily the science terms. My qualification is mainly in Mathematics and Science as I am majoring in pure science and now currently I am working in an American engineering company.

Tutoring Approach

For a class tutor, I will review the understanding level of all the students, to search for the key point on where should I start and pace that I should set. The lesson would be focus more on critical subject and I will put the next becoming exam's subjects as top priority. My own style of teaching is begin with to make the students to trust me as a friend. Then only they are confidence enough to ask me anything, and they will feel comfortable and going for tuition is fun. Apart from that, I will use my own formula which comprises science term that easy to remember and simple to understand. I used this method on my last tutoring experience and it worked well. My technique would be present, discussion, and assignment basis. I call it as "PDA". Presentation is not one way teaching but I will put the students into group so they will need to present to each other on the sub subject. Then I will get them to discuss with me on things that they presented. This is the time for me to observe their understanding level. Lastly, it would be wrapped with assignment, not a workload but just enough for the students to summerise the lesson.
