Throughout the previous years, I have always been tutoring on the side and have accumulated a total of roughly 1 year of teaching experience. I always start off with an initial benchmark test to get an idea of where the student is in comparison to the syllabus and also what they would like to achieve. I then break down the parts that the student would have to work on, according to the previous test, and prepare a training plan to ensure acceptable results while keeping track of their progress on their current syllabus.
