I always try to divide lessons in small parts and upon completion I try to interact with my students on their understanding. I often ask quick and basic questions on what I taught. The answers help me to understand the level of understanding of the students. It is obvious that some students learn fast than others. But a teacher should understand first the reason behind a student's slow understanding. If the student is unmindful then the teacher needs to teach him/her first how to concentrate. If the student is forgetful, then teacher's duty is to suggest him/her techniques to remember. Every lock has got different keys.
