My teaching approach is mainly focusing on learning through practices which is why I strongly emphasizes on exercises/past year questions to enable student familiarize with the exam formats and give them confidence to tackle the questions. My experience of personal tutoring is proven efficient as students will be provided spot questions as bonus points before the exam based on analysis and research I go through intensively. This can even helps the weak students to score well on any topics they mastered. Excel students can perform more through these spot questions as they can focus more on any topics they are well confident. In overall, all of my teaching skills based on practical approach where students performance increase gradually through practices.

I have 7 years of experience in teaching kids of different age group. I am a Chemical engineering graduate and have a Masters in Science. I am able to teach Maths, Science and Biology subjects up to secondary level based on the latest KSSR, KBSM syllabus and lower secondary subjects based on IGCSE syllabus. Most of my students have shown great improvement in their grades and this drives me further to be apart of their academic achievements.

I plan my lessons ahead before my classes and provide many practices. Besides, I practice two ways interaction with my students and this enables me to evaluate their understandings better and opt for different ways if required.

These are the techniques that I try my level best to incorporate in my teaching:

1. I don't use a standardized activity or reference book for all the learners, as I believe that there is no one size fits all when it comes to learning. Each learner is unique, hence I get books for my students based on their level or proficiency to suit with their needs.

2. I always give the opportunity to my students to voice out their concern as having active discussions with them helps maintain their interest and encourages participation.

3. Conduct regular short assessments to gauge the student's progress and identify areas that may need further attention. This helps both the myself and my student track their development.
