My approach of teaching is to be serious but not to be fierce to the student. I constantly encourage and motivate my students to achieve the best results in exam. I do not impose my students on their study. In fact, I motivate and inspire them. I do not like to "show off" to my students about how smart I am especially in solving Mathematics. I rather explain as clearly as I can to my students and make sure they understand the topics I teach. At the end of the day, students need guidance and motivation, BUT NOT to see a SHOW.

Tutoring Approach

My aim as a tutor is to make sure student can understand the subjects and keep him/her interested in the subjects. Understanding and interest will keep student focus and make the learning process easier. Interactions between student and tutor during classes are very important as well in creating a comfortable learning environment. In the beginning, I will test the student's understanding of the subjects, then I will arrange the class materials based on his/her needs. I will use diagram or visualisation whenever appropriate so that student can actually "see" the subject clearly. Visual always helps human to remember more easily as compared to just listening. I would encourage students to ask questions in the class and make sure students can actually understand what he/she has learnt. Students can even ask questions about his/her homework, but I will not do the homework for students. Prior to the exam, I will also prepare students for it by going through homework or past year papers to check the student's knowledge.
