I have been teaching mathematics since 2017. My style is to teach them, have them write notes on the subtopic I have taught, do examples together, and then move on to lots of exercises. We start with easy questions and progress to more difficult ones.

I usually teach them step by step in the beginning and then let them work individually to assess their understanding and identify areas of weakness.

I also encourage them to think for themselves instead of spoon-feeding them all the time. I give them time to think and share with me their proposed solutions. I believe it's important to try even if the answers are incorrect, as this helps build confidence.

I also focus on problem-solving skills through challenging questions and provide guidance until they are able to answer the questions on their own.
