I check on how much the students understand about the topic they learned at school and do a recap. Teach the students the topic they need to learn or master if they have insufficient knowledge of it. More practical compare to writing which will make the students bored as its the same method in school. Free and flexible to conduct class outdoor or sports training as requested. I can help the students to improve their endurance with light workouts to brighten up their mind and learn some simple workout moves to boost and increase morale.
