Approach	Approach: I use the one-to-one approach whereby I tutor one student at a time to ensure better understanding on their part as well as easier concentration for the students. Too many students at one time becomes chaotic. Not only that, after each topic is taught, an assessment will be held whereby the topic is tested in detail to analyze the students understanding of the topic. If the students' performance is not satisfactory, a revision class in conducted to help him/her.
