Approach	Approach: The important thing is for the student to understand 100% of what is being taught and required to be learnt. This will be done in the tutoring session with the student. For further reinforcement, the student will be given plenty of homework so that the lesson learnt on that class will be remembered. Once the syllabus is completed, the student will be drilled with real exam questions and trained with exam answering techniques. This is the approach that I have been implementing since 4 years ago and it has not failed my students.
