Rajiv Naidu: Nurturing Minds through Tutoring

I have 15 years teaching locally and overseas worked a private music school in Bukit Jelutong for 4 years till June 2015. I have experienced performing musician, having performed locally and internationally. I have experienced song writer and composer with several international releases and I have also experience teaching kids aged 5 to adults up to 50 years old students. I am not a strict teacher at all, I am very laid back, however I will push my students to the best I believe they can be. Incredibly nurturing to my students.

Having thought locally and internationally for more than a decade, has given me time to develop a style of my own. my style is primarily built around keeping a student interested in experiencing music, Rather than approach it like just another school subject. students are thought to engage their sense of hearing rather than focusing on site reading notes. I have found this method to be highly successful, as the student will never have to be bound to learn music in order to perform. Imagine being called up onstage to perform and you cannot because you do not have your "book", however learning the way I teach will enable anybody to be able to just get up there and play from note recognition and utilising melodic structures developed within yourself, by developing your ear, students will be able to identify chords and notes just by listening to a song. Add to that a really fun environment as well as utilisation of the latest Apps that are available allow for a great time of learning.
