I managed classrooms, conduct face to face tutorial session, and participate in online forum discussion between tutor-tutor and tutor-student. I continually maintained adult learner interest and provided an interactive atmosphere and I am using teaching methods that met varied adult learner needs, evaluated and implemented study methodologies to enhance learner progress.
