I have 4 years of teaching experience in a private school. I believe students with different background and mixed abilities. As teachers we do use creative ways to capture and attract students attention. It is a lifelong learning process.

Planning of lessons should be done ahead in order to have a successful lesson. However, students understanding and perefernce is important. I uses the method based on students ability.
