I have approximately 6 years of teaching experience and currently teaching in one of the National's top IPTSs located in Subang Jaya. I'm a certified Cambridge A Level (Business AS and A2) lecturer and also specialized in various other undergraduate's subjects like: Organizational Leadership, Strategic Management, International Business, Business Ethics, Organizational Behaviour, HRM and Marketing. Hello! I'm Aisyah. I graduated from Putra Business School (PBS) with MBA majoring in International Business - pioneered as the first Business School in Malaysia received world-class international accreditation by AASCB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business). Less than 5% of the world’s business schools have received an AACSB accreditation. I believe that education is very powerful and education is for all. And I always keep in mind that one size does not fit all - learners come from different sort of backgrounds, talents, levels, skills and capacity. So as a teacher/lecturer, through nurturing approach and understanding each learner's level - students can definitely score the best in their academics. E-learning through the Pandemic has been challenging to many. But I am very proud of my students as for Business Cambridge A Levels, 100% of my students got A in both AS and A2 external examinations while on 100% online learning. So don't be afraid to use online platform as a means for your lessons. I'll coach you so that you score SKY HIGH. Each topic will be explained in an in-depth manner. Start with drafting mind-map - comprehensive mindmap. Tutorials and exercise will be vital - the more problems you come across, the higher level of readiness to face exams. Discussion / debrief activities - I believe in interactive learning can really help students to score. One of the very important method is through active two-way communications. This can effectively aid students' memory and broaden their knowledge.
