Iadid Ashrai: Your Educational Guide

I'm currently teaching in a private university as Junior English Lecturer. Previously, I had taught in SMK USJ 13, Subang Jaya and other tuition centre in Shah Alam. I also had been an English Tutor for students of Mechanical Engineering in my alma mater for one year. I would say that I've gained experiences in teaching English Language, MUET and other subjects from university, secondary and primary school students.

Usually, I will detect the students' weaknesses and strength in the subject. After that, I will plan my lesson according to the students' needs. Then, I will try to get to know the students' characteristics as to help me understand the students more. After that, I will keep track the students' progress from time to time as to reflect my lesson to the students whether it is effective or not.
