Taught students ranging from standard 1 to University students, from home private tutor to classroom of 10 students or less.

Approach	Approach: 1. Get to know students level. Design questionaires and exercises to determine their level in the subject matter. Find out their fear most subjects and weaker part of the topic. 2. Design and customise test and practices based in students level. 3. Keep practising and change different approach method to ensure the subject and knowledge or skill is well conveyed. 4. Gaining feedback at the end of each classes and implement games / punishment / appreciation throughout the classes.
