| Approach | Approach: Knowing the essence of any subject is essential. Hence, doing my homework before class is a must. My normal approach would be focusing on developing a friendship with my students, followed by analyzing their strong and weak points. Moving forward, I will restructure them and build a stronger foundation which includes an aspect of study (syllabus) as well as life philosophies. Teach the students the concept and ensure the understanding is established by giving written practice as well as oral tests. In the end, gaining knowledge is possible only by understanding, not by memorizing. Keeping this philosophy in mind, I will train my students to perform well not only in exams, as well as in life. |
