Approach	Approach: I plan my lessons in advance and prepare exercises that is required to be completed by the end of the day. My lessons are one of kind as I approach students from scratch and ensures that they understand their basics instead of rushing to complete the syllabus alone. I make sure I use every minute given focusing throughly on his/her part of not understanding the subject and making sure the student masters the lesson taught.
