Abdillah Bin Abdul Mutalib: Your Tutoring Companion

I have 5 years of teaching experience. The subjects that I mainly teach are Science, Mathematics, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Inggeris.

 I prefer to cater the lesson to the student’s learning sytle: Some pupils learned better in a fun way.  So, i will fill my class with interesting video presentations, songs or works of literature that cover the theme I am teaching. If I am teaching mathematics, I'll show them interesting videos which shows how easy it can be to grasp a basic knowledge of mathematics when a hands-on approach is taken to learning.

The essessment will carry out through games. After teaching a particular topic, I'll test their comprehension through additional problems and games. Luckily, there are a wealth of online games for everything from children’s mathematics to science for adults. 

I'll use a Fast-Paced Drills. If I am tutoring  student in a subject that involves a significant degree of memory work (such as science), I'll drill them frequently on particular points to ensure they retain important facts and information.

I usually Introducing humour into the tutoring session.Studies have shown that the use of humour can have highly positive effects on students, greatly increasing their level of engagement and interest. Encourage student to dedicate funny quotes or jokes in class a few minutes to having a good laugh.
