As such, I possess sound technological literacy especially in usage of classroom management tools, such as ClassDojo and Kahoot. Students learn best when active learning is present in the classroom.
Besides, I am patient with learners, always seeking to understand them first so that they can learn successfully and reach their full potential. Many of my students are from South Korea, Japan and China. English is not their first language. Nonetheless, that did not hinder my communication with them. Being a highly adaptable person with strong interpersonal skills, I am able to cater my teaching methods to students of various English language proficiency. I tracked their progress through various assessments, with the aid of a range of course materials. Moreover, I am wholly committed to being involved in a collective working environment by engaging with parents professionally to discuss about the development of their children. I believe that it takes a community to educate a child rather than a single individual. |
