Experience	Experience: I have previously taught a group of SPM ( MRSM ) student for the past 3 years going back and forth towards completing my degree in Electrical Engineering. I excel in both English in Mathematics from my years in school until in my college years it can be shown through my academic results. I use the mentor mentee approach, where I am finding what the student is lacking and try to improve it and works into specific goal in an environment that the student do not feel intimidated.

Approach	Approach: I am following the current syllabus of SPM and STPM where I cross check the syllabus between reference and government text book. Also, I am using the benefits of internet to aid my teaching. I do my own notes and exercise material after evaluating and assessing the student on first time. I cannot say that my lesson plan will be one of the kind since I am following what my predecessor taught me. I believe that the way of how I am being nurtured will definitely pass down to the younger generation in sincere manner.
