Experience	Experience: I have a total of 7 years of experience in assisting and teaching in the early years. I'm well trained in the Primary Years IB programme and Jolly Phonics. I'm well versed in play-based and inquiry-based teaching and learning. I have been doing home tutoring one to one for an early years student for the past two years. I'm able to teach various subjects. The students have made tremendous improvements in their learning journey. ÃÂ I'm currently pursuing Masters in Early Years Education as well.

Approach	Approach: I have been always planning my lessons for tutoring based on the child's needs. As each child unique and they deserve to be taught according to their needs. I don't usually apply specific techniques as child has different attention spent od different days. I will always have a second plan for the child to learn or adapt. One of the students who was in-home tutoring with me was eligible for Primary 1 in an international school without enrolling in preschool.ÃÂ
