| Approach | Approach: I believe that no two students are the same and as such, determine my teaching style after being acquainted with the student. From my experience, students respond well when I use a combination of teaching methods ( repetition and practice, inquiry based learning, differentiation and customisation of lessons, etc) and appreciate variation over monotony. I mould my own teaching methods on a student's framework to build a strong foundation in a given subject.
My tutoring style is novel from others because I am student centric. I focus on their needs/goals and tailor my aid to best suit them.
It is my primary focus to teach students how to learn and not how to repeat. |
