One thing that I know about my strength is the passion that I have to learn on that subject It makes me for not giving up before I trully understand any concept, it same goes to when I tutoring my students where I will make sure that they do not memorize certain things but understand. So that is how we implement study smart and not study hard. |

| Approach | Approach: For the first class I would like to evaluate and observe what is actually student’s weakness in certain subject since we need to put more focus on that point. Next, as I have understand students’ learning style and what is their level of understanding then I will implement my teaching style depends on the student.
As time passed, I realised that we as tutor need to beforehand understand the students to ensure smooth learning progress. Most importantly, I will make sure to do planning before teaching and ensure to achieve the objectives of learning. Thus, the time spending on tutoring will be more effective and efficient.
