PhD Business Administration Lecturing Universities student for more than 20 years. My lessons are structured in a way that encourages student engagement and exploration of concepts. I use hands-on activities to ensure students have the opportunity to interact with content and receive immediate feedback on their understanding. My lesson plans involve inquiry-based learning where I lead my students to explore problems on their own, but also provide them with guidance and scaffolding when needed.

My sessions are student-paced, with a strong focus on the wants and needs of the individual student. I like to structure my lessons according to the curriculum and the students' conceptual knowledge. Usually by beginning with simple concepts and advancing gradually to more complicated and harder concepts. so that the student can properly understand the entire notion and concept. I consistently use illustrations and situations from real life during the discussion to help the students grasp the fundamental idea.
