My strength of teaching is I try to understand the students' difficulties in a particular subject. Understanding each students' foundation for every subject is really important. I will work from there, and make the learning more engaging with the students. It's very important to work together with the students rather than asking the student to work for him or herself. |

My lesson plans will be first on working on the pre-requisites required for a particular topic.Then after completing each subtopic, it is important to test their understanding. And in the end, when they have a good knowledge on each subtopic, we shall move on to the HOTS questions. What makes me different is that I will try to relate it to the things the students experience, see or hear about everyday. ITS FUN! |
