An enthusiastic individual who is caring, kind, calm, and consistent. I am a young person with special skills, interests, and passion needed to provide support to both teachers and students. I am able to communicate clearly, concisely, and with empathy, while also commanding authority. Additionally, I am committed to helping students maximize their educational opportunities. I consistently seek out opportunities for process improvement and simplification, and I am willing to lead initiatives. Moreover, I am not afraid to step out of my comfort zone in order to learn new things, gain more experience, and acquire new skills.

I plan my lessons based on students' interests to ensure that they understand and are engaged in the learning process. I believe that teaching and learning occur in both directions - from the teacher to the students and vice versa.
