Learning with Fatin Nurul Habsyah Binti Abdullah: Tutoring Sessions

I have been teaching mathematics since 2017. My style is to teach them, have them write notes on the subtopic I have taught, do examples together, and then move on to lots of exercises. We start with easy questions and progress to more difficult ones.

I usually teach them step by step in the beginning and then let them work individually to assess their understanding and identify areas of weakness.

I also encourage them to think for themselves instead of spoon-feeding them all the time. I give them time to think and share with me their proposed solutions. I believe it's important to try even if the answers are incorrect, as this helps build confidence.

I also focus on problem-solving skills through challenging questions and provide guidance until they are able to answer the questions on their own.

My approach is to teach, ask, write, and answer lots of questions.

I teach, and they will write the notes I have written. Then, we will do examples together. And I will select a bunch of questions to answer during the class.

At the end of the class, they already have the basic understanding and ideas on how to answer questions given to them.
