Adaptable, young, and energetic teacher awaiting STPM results. With 1 year of experience teaching SPM and participating in state-level mentor-mentee programs. I have won awards in the Mathematics Olympiad (representing Malaysia) and achieved 9A's in SPM, as well as a Band 5.0 in MUET. I believe hiring a younger tutor may be beneficial as I can better understand the students. I have been teaching and helping my peers, using various teaching methods to suit different people. I'm a full-time language teacher who specializes in teaching Cambridge English. I can teach both Young Learners and teenagers. I'm currently pursuing my Bachelor's in Education as well and seeking to gain more experience as I go.

I hold a C1 proficiency level qualification in English.

Tutoring Approach

I am most comfortable teaching through the Direct Method, where I only speak in English. I have discovered that this method effectively immerses students in learning the language and helps them become comfortable speaking as well. I prefer using a range of materials to deliver my lessons, such as Powerpoints, worksheets, or game quizzes, as I find it easier to capture the students' attention.

I am happy to work on any aspect you feel needs improvement, whether it be grammar, speaking, or comprehension.

However, most importantly, I would need you to have your child take a quick placement test to check his proficiency. This is incredibly important in order to understand your child's strengths and weaknesses before the first lesson. My main specialization is in SPM answering techniques for all four (4) skills: Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking. My knack for creating engaging educational modules has helped many students achieve outstanding results. I love hosting seminars for SPM exam candidates and leading lively group classes. Boosting student motivation and discipline is my superpower!
