Education

Degree in law, diploma in learning disorder management and psychology. I graduated with a degree in law from a UK university. In 2009, I obtained a diploma in Learning Disorders Management and Psychology.

Experience

I've tutored primary and secondary students for both local and international syllabus, as well as university students (in law subjects). I've also tutored both young and adult learners, preparing them for their IELTS, in groups as well as one-on-one. I had spent a few years as an English teacher in a language center but now I have returned to my role as a seasoned HR practitioner, which enables me to utilise my law background. When I am not in my primary role, I tutor those who need guidance in Law, English, Literature and HR subjects. I am available for a one-on-one tutoring service as well as in a group, anywhere in the Klang Valley.

I have approximately 6 years of teaching experience and currently teaching in one of the National's top IPTSs located in Subang Jaya. I'm a certified Cambridge A Level (Business AS and A2) lecturer and also specialized in various other undergraduate's subjects like: Organizational Leadership, Strategic Management, International Business, Business Ethics, Organizational Behaviour, HRM and Marketing. Currently I teach A Level Business and Degree programme for Southern New Hamisphere Uni (SNHU).

Discussion / debrief activities - I believe in interactive learning can really help students to score. One of the very important method is through active two-way communications. This can effectively aid students' memory and broaden their knowledge.
