My teaching method is highly effective and efficient.

The focus is the understanding of the fundamental concepts behind the physical  equations, how to apply these concepts towards the problem solving and the application of these concepts to new scenarios. I  have the students answer the Physics questions, and focus on the concepts they are weak in. This is as opposed to just going through the text-book without the assurance of understanding. From my years teaching Engineers, I found that many people, while memorizing the equations, lack the understanding what are the concepts behind them. Thus, they are unable to apply them in new and novel settings and questions.
